Abstracts shall not exceed one page.

Deadline for abstract submission:  until 13 June 2025

Please include your full affiliation in the email, including your first and last name, postal address, phone number, and email address.

Please note that a separate registration for the conference itself is needed.

Acceptance of abstracts

Authors will be notified of acceptance of their abstract for poster presentation by e-mail until 20 June 2025

Poster Exhibition

The posters will be on display on Wednesday afternoon and evening, as well as throughout Thursday and Friday during the conference. We kindly ask presenters to be available on Wednesday evening during the reception to discuss their work and engage with attendees.

Poster Panel Dimensions:

• Height: 120 cm
• Width: 90 cm (DIN A0, portrait format)
• Posters must not exceed these dimensions.

We recommend printing posters on paper weighing 125–170 g/m², ensuring they can be easily affixed without being too heavy or prone to falling. Avoid using (woven) fabric materials.
